We reserved 2 rooms and spent 2 nights over the weekend. The cost was fair, and the staff were very accommodating. They took care of the parking situation in the middle of the night. The 2 rooms were situated close together as we had requested during the booking. Additionally, the hotel's location provides easy access to the train station for commuting to London, which is great. I would definitely recommend it.

I had booked a single room here and on arrival it was explained I was in their sister hotel just round the corner. The staff on check in were very polite and the room was clean and as described. The shower room was modern and clean and I received room cleaning and fresh towels daily. For a budget hotel this really does tick all the boxes, and the price for accommodation so close to London and the tube is excellent. Would stay here again.
Writing a book on a human who stays in the hotel next to me this person is not allowed to come over and I paid for two beds? Weird. My bad mistakes happen. Cameras in Cranbrook! I love the rules play by them! Unfortunately they make me feel like I will be kicked out if I don’t listen to them?

Recently visited this hotel, and we were very satisfied with the service from the staffs to cleaning. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in budget but still want to stay near to center London as transport is very easy. Very delicious restaurant available nearby.
Nice, clean, affordable hotel for people who dont need luxury in the rooms. Very kind staff. Room service every day. Some things in the rooms need replacement due normal usage but is clean and located in the quiet place of Ilford. 5 min walk to Cranbrook Road where are restaurants and metro station. Easy connection to the central London.
